My 20 yr. old Amana microwave still works fine and has never had repairs. Why can't [$] appliances last more than a few years??????

Very powerful. Heats & defrosts quickly. I Like the custom feature, you can set the button for any amount of time and heat level you want. Then one touch of the button and it automatically starts. We use this feature for leftovers. Because of the power you have to be careful or things overheat.
