Great product. Moderately challenging for the DIY types. Menus can be a bit of a maze to scroll through but Whirlpool includes a glossy sheet that gives a better visual. The convection feature is very handy as a back up to regular oven and works well. However, in convection mode, it can be a bit loud. Definitely glad I got this.
