My only con with this item to date is that the picture on the site is not quite what I received. In the product description, it does note that "Optional Decorator Door Panels (not included - must purchase seperately)." I did not purchase optional panels (which, by the way, are not offered in the accessories section of Abe's site) and received a black refrigerator without any panels. Abe's did not carry the stainless steel panels, so I had to order them directly from the manufacturer. Abe's customer service did provide me with contact information to accomplish this. The refrigerator is very quiet and we very much like the adjustable glass shelving in the refrigerator side.
