I was leery of buying online after reading many less than favorable reviews of Abe's, but this was one of the best Internet sales experiences I've had. I ordered the item (great discount btw), [...] when it arrived it was in pristine condition. My husband set it up in a matter of minutes using the easy instructions and once we leveled it we were ready to go. Cleans like a dream and is unbelievably quiet. Only downside is no spin only cycle and the wash cycle takes longer than I'm used to having. Highly recommend -- I even got an additional discount with my state's appliance Cash for Clunkers program.

I have 4 teenage boys and a husband who does ALOT of outdoor work. The laundry is coming out cleaner and the socks are the cleanest they've ever been, not dingey and still looking dirty (and without bleach!).

So far it has been 2 weeks and I am very pleased with this washer. My dad installed it for me, but we noticed a part of the panel on top of the washer near the settings is lifted up a bit [...]We tried to push it back in, but it wouldn't budge. Other than that, it is very heavy, so installing took a little while, but we got it in and it is SOOOOOO much better than my old Whirlpool Top Loader which totally sucked! This new Bosch cleans my clothes so much better and uses much less water, my old one barely did anything. I wanted a Bosch because I knew it was a good manufacturer and my parents have one too. Now the problem with my parents' one was that they use regular detergent (you really should use HE detergent if you have an HE washer, I always use HE with mine), and sometimes too much regular detergent is used and this forms suds OVERLOAD and clogs up the washer and stops the cycle, so ALWAYS use HE detergent for this type of washer. I also like all the different settings and the manual explains what setting to use on what types of clothes/fabrics. It also has an ECO option which I try to use all the time. It is supposed to save energy by decreasing the temp of the water but increasing the cycle time by about 20 min (for a regular load). I am fine with it. I make sure to leave the door open after every load I do because I hear that side loaders can get pretty stinky and musty if the door is closed after a load (that lets all the water sit in there and must up). Overall, I am extremely happy with this Bosch washer!

we use it weekly. it cleans very well and it almost dries the clothes too!
