This is a great washing machine; it saves water, energy & detergent compared to my old top-loader. It is very quiet. Clothing comes out clean and with little moisture (speedy drying). It appears to be robust, but is too new to know for sure if it will be durable. At 200+ pounds, it is a chore to move into position.

It is important to learn the differences between washing in a front vs top loader.
Don't use too much soap.
Water hardness is always important,more so in a front loader.
If you have hard water, then using a water softner or detergent booster is highly desirable.
In a water efficient front loader it is even more beneficial to use warmer/hot water.
Using lots of cheap soap in cold water does not give you best results.
It is a good idea to dry rubber gasket and leave door open after use. The gasket dries completely and prevents smelly mold from growing. Run the drum sanitize cycle every three months with bleach or drum cleaner.
The Bosch can vibrate at 1200 rpm and get noisy with items like jeans. But this is only for a minute or two and you can always lower the speed.

This machine is so quiet. I can't hear it running if I close the door. You need to pay a special attention in order to know it is running. It also tells you digitally how long the current load will be done. The complaints I have are that its capacity is smaller than my old Maytag, and it takes much longer to finish washing. So you better schedule more time to finish your weekly chore.

We use it to wash frequent family's clothes using cold water function. We follow manual instruction and we are very happy with this washer efficient. The clothes come out clean and almost lillte wet.

I love this washing machine, I havd heard and read horror stories about some fron loaders, I honestly can say that I love doing laundry with this machine!! It is so quiet while spinning at 1200RPM that the only way you know it is running is that you see it spinning. Clothes are cleaned to perfection>

I have only had this washer a few weeks but so far, so good. I had the Bosch Axxis washer before it and it didn't clean as well, nor hold as much. The new washer is easier to use, quieter, faster, and cleans better as far as I can tell. The Axxis broke after 7 years so I don't know about the reliability on this machine, but the price was so good, it doesn't really matter. Highly recommended at this point.
