I just purchased the matching washer/dryer set based on my neighbor's review and my visit to check hers out. She has had hers for 6 months and loves it and she does NOT like doing laundry. I checked hers out and it's super quiet, got her whites white and did I mention...super quiet. It also self adjusts so you don't get an unbalanced walking washing machine. Side by side both machines were quieter than her refrigerator. You can pause the machine to add or subtract clothes. I think they thought of everything. Didn't feel the need to go for the next upper model "steam".
