This product is great. The cycle time comes up with a long amount of time but the cycle adjusts itself as it's cleaning. Don't think it actually takes as long as it says but haven't officially timed it. Besides, I don't mind the wait since I don't have to take the time to pretreat stains on clothes. They come out without any worries. Great machine...Just love it...love the steam feature to clean.
