I use the Visual Volume primarily to dramatically control dynamics in a church setting, and it's made it so much easier to change between volumes that are appropriate for backup and solo. This has quickly become one of those pedals which I hadn't previously known to be so essential. Build quality is fantastic, and I can change volumes without always looking at the lights, since I can feel a slight click as the rocker rotates. If you can afford the money and feel like you need a volume pedal, go for this one.
