Pros:

Fun To Play, Good Feel, Good Pick Up, Good Tone, Great starter, Solid Electronics, Very light and solid

Cons:

Finish not the best, Fret Buzz, Wood components are OK

I've been playing guitar for awhile now and I can say that you will not find a better deal on any other guitar out there. Sure, it isn't the highest quality, but hey, its only [$], and it is far better than any squier or Ibanez out there. It is a nice sounding guitar in a cheap package. If you have the money, buy something better, because the xm is far from perfect, but if your on a tight budget like myself, the xm is for you. It is a great performer and can definitely compete with guitars that are 3X more expensive. WHAT MORE CAN YOU ASK FOR? Oh, and by the way, the color looks like flat black. You can see some transparency in the sunlight.

for learning has agreat sound but something is missing like the whamy and the black color is not so shiny like in the picture
