Comments about Kershaw Ken Onion Designed KAI Shun Classic 10 Chef's Knife:
Shun already produces excellent knives that keep their edge longer due to the hardness of the steel and the layering. The Ken Onion knife adds superb balance, well thought out construction and an artistic feel. The knife is a delight to use and is knife that I reach for first with the exception of cutting bread, heavy chopping or when I debone something. I prefer the 10" to the 8" knife. I liked the knife so much that I bought two of them from Abes. I think the only better knife in large-scale production is the Bob Kramer Shun knife.

This is the nicest knife I have ever purchased. If you were to own one knife this would be the one. It is perfect for carving, chopping veggies, and virtually anything else.
The grip of the knife gives it a more comfortable feel than other knifes. It is extremely sharp to the point that you have to really be careful or you will cut yourself.
