Comments about Nikon AF DC-NIKKOR 135mm F2.0 DC Lens ( 1935 ):

[...] I don't know if this is only my copy but I can't obtain sharp focus between f2-f2.8 regardless speed or technique, but otherwise this lens rock! Manual focus is smooth, autofocus reasonably fast and build like a tank.

Comments about Nikon AF DC-NIKKOR 135mm F2.0 DC Lens ( 1935 ):

This is a wonderful lens and I am sure I have not yet experienced enough to appreciate it as it is praised all over.
A bit difficult to adjust AF fine tune (D700), mine is +20 and barely acceptable spot-on. Wish I could adjust further to +22 or +23. But the focus sharpness is acceptable and under the natural light outside, it is better (around +15). In Any case, very nice glass for portrait or short tele useage - very fast lens, too.
Have never used DC ring. Maybe interesting concept, though.
