Comments about M-Audio SP-2 Heavy Duty Sustain Pedal:

This thing works like those high priced sustain pedal for just half the price. I have a Korg Triton Extreme and a Korg Trinity and I bought two of these sustain pedals for both of 'em. Works perfectly. This thing is heavy duty, built with a heavy metal casing and a non skid bottom. Everything a musician need for a sustain pedal. I highly recommend this product.

Does exactly what is it supposed to do. This is a very handsome, very well-made sustain pedal that should last a while. The chrome finish on the pedal is sharp. Excellent product!

Comments about M-Audio SP-2 Heavy Duty Sustain Pedal:

We bought this unit instead of Casio's because Casio didn't sell a comparable unit in the US. We wanted a foot pedal that looked and acted like an actual piano sustain pedal instead of a "footswitch" device. This one filled the bill perfectly.

Comments about M-Audio SP-2 Heavy Duty Sustain Pedal:

I use sustain pedals with 2 synthesizers with many different sounds. I've also played piano for over 11 years. I was looking for a sustain pedal. Some pedals I've looked at feel really cheap and flimsy...not this one. It's not simply heavy, but the mechanism feels solid and very piano-like. Also, if you use it with an instrument that can do half-damper response, this has a very small half-damper zone that gives a smooth transition from sustain to dampers.Unfortunately, the half-damper zone doesn't seem large enough to be useful for expression, but I didn't need it for that and it's not an expression pedal anyway. For less than [$], this beats a lot of other sustain pedals that cost more.
