Comments about SAMSON 5kit - 5-piece Drum Mic Set:
I was amazed that I could purchase these mics at such a low price and find they delivered a pro level sound for recording. The clips worked easily and flawlessly. I already owned a matched set of Samson CO2's to use for overheads, so this kit was all I needed. I would probably opt for a more rugged set up if I was using drum mics daily, with frequent set up and tear down. For the home/project studio where usage is occasional, or the mics are just left on the drums, this is the way to go.
