Ok, this is real simple. You get what you pay for, and this set of earphones is worth every penny. I play drums and sing in a couple of bands. In-ears are the ONLY way i can hear what i'm singing without getting feedback issues. These phones let me put anything i want into my monitor mix, from just my vocal, to the entire band if i want. They let you hear everything which is awesome. I run the signal through an eq so i can take some of the highs of my cymbals out so i don't fry my ears.
