I just added this piece for my personal/at-home studio and its a great add-on. With 8 headphone outputs (4 in the front and 4 in the back) along with 4 individual level controls, its a super versatile piece to have many preview and play in different rooms.
The leveling and balancing is accurate and the daisy chain outputs to allow you to link to more components or monitors is great!
Cant beat the price either.
