KORG's D3200 32-Track Digital Recording Studio does away with the main limitations of the home studio, giving you a set of tools that can match pro studios for recording facility and product quality. It's the first digital recorder in its class to provide up to 32 tracks of simultaneous playback and up to 16 tracks of simultaneous recording. Interactive Session Drums allow you to easily create a realistic and natural drum track for your entire song, simply by tweaking a few knobs. The D3200 provides 16- and 24-bit uncompressed 44.1 or 48kHz recording and playback. By taking advantage of the eight virtual tracks provided for each track, you can record a total of up to 272 tracks. In 24-bit mode, the digital data passing through the fader and EQ is recorded onto the internal 80GB hard drive as 32-bit data, ensuring even higher recording and playback quality. The internal processor uses 64-bit precision (maximum 69-bit), delivering professional-level audio quality.

Comments about KORG D3200 32-Track Digital Recording Studio:

Thank You Korg for making your D3200 recorder so intuitive and easy to use. I've been frustrated by so many products where you have to read the manual over and over again and it take weeks to learn how to use the product. I was recording in 15 minutes. Overdubbing, automatic punch-ins, mixing, etc are super simple. I bought a digital recorder because I didn't want to deal with all the problems and difficulties of PC based recording(getting all the hardware and software installed, all the setting right, etc) and I'm extremely pleased. I can create and record music without interupting my creative flow. You can record all the tracks yourself for an entire song in 10 minutes with this unit. A few buttons to push and you 're on your way. Everything is very intuitive and quick. The only exception was the studio drummer which I haven't figured out how to use successfully although I really don't need it anyway because I have a drum machine.
