I haven't used this product much since I purchased it, but the times I have Ive gotten good results. I really like that it's so much quieter than other blenders and the shut off feature I love, that keeps me from burning it out. What I dont like is that it doesn't have labels like the other blenders and you have to get used to the number system that it uses.
