Pros:
Easy To Clean, Good Pitcher, Very quiet
Cons:
Does not thoroughly chop, Odor of burning rubber, Pitcher too big, Smoothie had chunks in it, Unit too tall for counter

I used this product for a daily smoothie. It smelled like burning rubber each time I used it. The smell seemed unhealthy to breathe it in. It did not make a smooth smoothie, it was lumpy and chunky. The unit is too tall for an ordinary kitchen counter, it will not fit under the upper cabinets. The pitcher is way too large unless you are making drinks for 6-8 people at a time, but the pitcher pours beautifully.
