It made our Who Dat Mardi Gras Party a success. We hosted a big party on the occasion of the Saints being in the playoffs (it was before the Super Bowl) and Mardi Gras. We did not know how to keep the Louisiana dishes warm throughout the party without laboring over the stove. Well this was the best solution! It worked like a charm easy to set up, easy to use and best of all people could serve themselves. Due to its large size it kept several dishes warm at once with no problem. Highly recommended for those who like to entertain and have people over for meals.
