I love a good latté & my friend has a Breville which I have used, so I got this one. At first I followed the "Don't grind the coffee too fine or pack it too densely" directions, and the espresso was weak and wimpy. I then did it "my way" grinding the beans to a powder and packing them, well... rather tightly and voilá - great lattés every time.
