[...] Either you get all water or you get steam, and you can't tell what you're going to get. Plus, you can't get the steamer cup under the wand or back out again without spilling the milk. I'm sending this one back also.

Love the steam feature! The froth is better than most restaurants! As a diabetic, this is as good a dessert as there is!
