The coffee maker leaks coffee from around the pour spout while pouring. Also, after an hour or two, the coffee remains lukewarm. I would prefer a hotplate that turned on periodically to re-warm; this makes more sense for the thermal carafe than a perpetually-heating hotplate like the glass carafe makers have. Otherwise, the coffee tastes good, the brew time is quick, and the coffee maker works without any hitches so far.
