as i marked on the review above...my biggest complaint is that the coffee isn't hot enough to start, and doesn't stay hot in the pot.

For the price, the quality is poor.

Good coffee that stays hot. I can take the pot upstairs for an hour and it is still hot. Hard to clean. The coffee bean grinder stays damp and the ground coffee clings to it. Most of all it is too loud. I live in a 3 floor condo and the grinding can be heard next door upstairs. It sounds like a jet is taking off in my kitchen.
