After 4 years with a KitchenAid ProLine espresso machine (which had to be replaced 5 time!) this machine is a dream come true. Great design easy to use, reliable. The water container could be a little bigger, as well as the grounds container and water overflow -- both of which have to be emptied pretty often. The only thing that I haven't figured out yet is out to bypass the bean grinder and put ground decaf in, so the machine may not even have that feature. The instruction manual leaves a little to be desired, with some unclear English and some detail lacking. But overall, I am thrilled with the machine and it was cheaper than the piece of junk that KitchenAid sells!!
