We love the coffee maker. Used one in Hawaii on vacation and had to have it for our home. The product is easy to use and clean. The lid is easy to pour from. I love that the coffee is drinkable for hours without getting stronger by being heated constantly. This was our second purchase of the product which should show our pleasure with it.

I was disappointed in this coffee maker. The area to pour water into is way too small. The pot is on the heavy side and you can't tell if it's empty without shaking it. I actually quit using it and am using one that my brother gave me. I wish that I would have sent it back.

I don't use this brewer except on saturdays for myself and my husband. We make enough so that we could both have about 2 cups, which is fine for the first cup. But for the last 3 cups, you have to pretty much turn the pot upside down and take the lid off to get the coffee out of the oddly-designed pot.

We had very specific features we wanted. Thermal Carafe, programmable, automatic shut off. Had to measure just shy of 14" to fit under the cupboards. They could have added the gold filter so you did not have to buy filters.

Easy to use, fast brewing time, good taste. Water filling is easy but the outside water level indicator tube is not reliable. Depending on how the water is poured into the reservoir an air-bubble will get into the sight tube that will compromise the correct water level reading and if not carefull, the reservoir can be overfilled. For a full pot of coffe one could use the carafe to fill the reservoir but that is not an easy task because the carafe needs to be almost upside-down to empty it's content. In this position it is hard to tell where the water is going. The same problem exist when trying to get the last cup of coffee out of the carafe. I found a right size water bottle to fill the reservoir to prevent the mess overfilling can cause. The carafe, when warmed up before brewing, will keep coffee warm longer than it's glass counterpart and will not implode like the glass ones I had before.

Automatic timer is a must and love the stainless steel craft which keeps the coffee hot without burning. I would buy this machine again.
