Water leaks out a little if you set it all up at night for the morning. But if you just leave the water out then it's fine. Easy to use. I wish the coffee was a little hotter, but I like really hot coffee...so for most it's probably fine.

We have had several Krups combo coffee/espresso machines and the coffee was always excellent. The espresso from this unit isn't hot, therefore, the coffee isn't robust. It's like having regular coffee. Other negatives: The unit cannot brew both coffees at the same time. The coffee basket for the regular coffee stays wet all the time and it continues to drip even after the coffee is finished brewing. The older entry-model Krups were much, much better! Won't buy this manufacturer again.

The coffee is wonderful and brews quickly. The only downside is the filter holder is hard to open. I don't know how long it will last before it breaks.

I wish that it would have included the frothing pitcher. I also think that the steamer "spicket" is hard to keep clean. It is very easy to use and i really am glad that it has a regular pot and also the espresso.

Use the machine daily for espresso/cappuccino. Machine is simple and easy to use delivering a consistently tasty cup of coffee, though I'm still trying to master the perfect froth.

This was replacing both Gevalia Coffee maker and a Mr. Coffee Espresso Machine. It is not as good as either. I bought it because of Krupps reputation and was very disappointed. Although it is attractive sitting on the counter, the coffee maker is not well made, seams don't match, the Bubble on the water fill side is unreadable, it is too difficult to attach the coffee holder on the espresso side, the steam for the milk was not strong enough, the coffee is not hot, and most importantly, even using high quality coffee, the taste isn't very good. I honestly cannot find anything good about it except it's overall look on the counter.
I'm sorry I tossed the box, or I would return it to you or to Krupps for a refund. I was very disappointed, as we are avid coffee/espresso drinkers.

consistently brews great coffee and espresso. easy to operate. perfect for the regular coffee/espresso drinker that doesn't want to spend a fortune. i actually prefer to brew my own instead of going to the coffee shop now.
