I'm a recent empty-nester and needed a way to cook small meals without heating an entire oven. I'm a fan of Cuisinart and this oven is featured on other sites as high as [$] - to get it from this site for under $100 [...] was an unbeatable deal. The unit is simple and attractive - not an eyesore like so many countertop appliances, though it is larger (deeper) than I thought it would be.I would highly recommend for anyone needing a nice, name-brand easy-to-clean countertop oven at a very reasonable price!

I bought the BRK100 because I need a toaster oven for my brand new gourmet kitchen. I have all GE Monogram appliances and the BRK100 looks perfect with them. Even better yet is it's performance. It operates as a very good toaster and a great oven. Because the BRK100 is large you can toast 4 slice of bread or warm 2 large slices of pizza easily. There are some reviews that says the toaster controls are not well labeled and is hard to read. I don't get it......,mine is quite legible and the numbers & letters are engraved into the knobs so won't wear off. We use the BRK100 at least 5-10 times a day, every day and we love it.

The best toaster I've ever purchased. The BRK 100 Brick Toaster Oven is simple to use. It heats up quick and evenly. The oven light helps to monitor whatever you're cooking. And lastly, it's a breeze to clean.

Heats incredibly fast and even with another level of crispness added because of the stoneware.
The interior light stays on during cooking so you can actually watch for your level of desired browning.
Just wish the light feature could have been cook controlled.

This is a great little oven. I cooked up two cornish hens, small roasts, turkey thighs....you name it...if it fits into the oven...I have cooked it. I believe the temp is a bit off...but once you get used to that...no problem.
