Comments about Sunpentown SO-2007 Convention Oven:

Have had several Convection Ovens over the years and the Sunpentown is among the best thought out appliances of that type I have ever used. It seems that they have logged the mistakes of other manufacturers and made corrections before going on with a superior design and execution on it's own.

The Teflon Coating is superior the lid is glass and the carbon fiber element is superb. My only wish is that the fan speed Gould be about 500 rpm higher.

I use it for Fish, Meat, Poultry and Vegetables plus some baking. The results have been excellent in ALL cases. At first I tried ordering from my iPhone but the site was not iPhone friendly. I was able to order successfully by voice. The arrival was right on time. There was a minor malfuction of a broken retainer for the heating element obstructed free fan movement but called the supplier and they agreed to ship a replacement part. Needless to say I am very happy with my SO-2007! And recommend it and Abe's very highly.
