Perfect size roasting pan whether cooking a large bird or making enough lasagna for the whole family and cleans up so easily. Should have purcahsed one of these a long time ago.

I love cooking with this roasting pan -- in fact, I love it so much that I got a second one. It heats evenly and cleans up beautifully. Wonderfully crisps up roasted chicken or turkey, while keeping it juicy on the inside. Since it is a deep pan, it's best used for cooking things that need that kind of baking/roasting. But if you want to roast some potatoes, a more shallow pan would be a better choice.
