Great Machine, just the perfect size for a whole chicken. The only complaints we have are the Kabob holders don't hold food very well, I started using a metal document clamps to keep food from falling off while cooking. Other than that we love it, food cooks very evenly!

This has been great. We've cooked whole chickens, chicken legs, pork roast and beef roast. They have all come out great! Even the white meat is moist.
