I purchases this as my main go-to skillet. Worked like a dream for about 3 weeks worth of cooking. I Cleaned this skillet only by hand and never used metal. The cooking surface has no scratches or damage at all and the pan still looks like new but EVERYTHING sticks to this pan no matter what kind of oil I use. I have reseasoned it twice with two kinds of oil to no avail. It sticks like an unseasoned cast iron pan and is the worst fry pan I have ever owned. I am throwing it in the garbage and going with a conventional non-stick. Everything sticks and it is absolutely impossible to clean.
