The Swiss Diamond 11" x 11" large square covered casserole features a smooth cooking surface that is perfect for frying, casseroles, and chilis. The non-stick surface of this casserole is made using diamond crystals to form a virtually indestructible cooking surface that will not peel, crack, or blister. The non-stick surface also helps provide perfect heat distribution for cooking meals containing less fat. The casserole is made from a 6mm thick pressure cast aluminum which has a perfectly flat base for use on all ceramic, gas, and electric cook tops. The stay cool handles are safe for use in an oven up to 500F. Metal utensils are safe for use on the non-stick surface and the casserole is safe for use in the dishwasher. The inside depth of this square casserole is 3". The tempered glass see through lid features a knob that is also a steam vent. The Swiss Diamond square casserole with lid is the perfect piece for serving as well as cooking.

I have 15 pieces of AllClad, but wanted a pan this size (medium casserole) which was also non-stick. So I decided to try Swiss Diamond for the first time...I absolutely LOVE this pan. Now I try to use it for everything I cook - from frying bacon to fancy casseroles to heating up a can of soup. After, I just look at it and it's clean. LOVE IT!!!!
