I purchased the ICT100 - Professional Induction Cooktop by Waring to potentially be used in a Travel Trailer. My logic was to purchase and test this Cooktop to replace the four burner in a Travel Trailer. The thinking was that this Cooktop would provide more counter top space, use less energy, be portable, and easily stored. All of these factors have been found to be true. I have been using this Cooktop for a month now and love it. It has replaced my home cook top because of ease and convenience. As stated above with the timer I now have perfect al dente pasta every time without having to watch the pot.
