So much fun using this product. Wonderful white bread, raisen bread, still experimenting. Sometimes the loaves don't rise evenly so one of loaf is not as high, but when tasting warm home made bread, who cares. Has only happened twice. All other loaves have been perfect.

I have only used it a few times since I received it two weeks ago, but I already love it. Baking economical, organic breads doesn't get any easier. Very little mess in preparation and after baking. I have the Supreme so it is big on the counter space, but love the size of the loaves. Definitely worthwhile and will use it for as long as it will let me!

Finished loaves have the consistency and feel of homemade bread. I have noticed that one end of the loaf seems to rise and bake more that the other end.

It's easy to use once the directions are understood.
Bread loafs actually bake up and look like bread loafs. The description from the manufacturer is accurate...it does what they say it will do making it reliable.

We used a cheap breakmaker for years, and finally upgraded. What a difference! The double paddles mix everything well, and it cooks nice and evenly. You can create a few of your own programs! We've used it for whole wheat bread and pizza dough so far, and both were excellent!

I am delighted that I can set my own baking cycle with this machine. My old machine could not. I have been trying to make bread without wheat and that produces a real challenge. I could not make wheat-free bread in my old machine because it had a stir-down cycle after the first rise and that ruined the batch of wheat-free dough. It would not rise enough in the time left before baking and came out like a brick. With this machine I can program any part of the cycle to be on or off and can adjust the time of each one. It has 3 memories in the "homemade" cycle that can be programmed to suit my needs. If I need to change them, it is very simple. I can use only the bake cycle if that is what I want to do. I did that recently, after setting the cycle I wanted, because I forgot to push "START" after setting. It makes a nice, large, horizontal loaf of bread. I have not used this machine's other features but it is great for wheat-free bread. Maybe I will try baking a meatloaf in it tonight.

I use my maching every other day. It's so easy to operate and the exterior and interior is superior in cleaning and appearance. My loaves of bread are beautiful in appearance,texture and moistness. I have had no problems with unsatisfactory results.

Wonderful product. I was recently diagnosed with Celiac disease which means no wheat barley rye or oats in my diet. I have to be gluten free. It's a very different way to bake. I was having no luck making my own bread-but the first time I used the bread maker it came out wonderful! It is faster than baking in the oven and much easier. I love it. You can't find a better price fot this item than at Abe's!

This bread machine is our second Zojirushi. We bought this one to get the more traditional looking loaf. Still have the first one and this one is even better. Never had a problem with first one and don't expect any with this one. Great bread. Only down side is that we eat more bread.

Works great. Meatloaf doesn't brown on top. Recipe book is VERY brief, ie, sourdough instruction could be more complete. Overall a good bread machine.

My old bread machine was 10/12 years old when it gave up the ghost and I used it at least once a week, and often more than that. I don't buy bread at the store at all. Because the Zojirushi makes bread horizontally instead of vertically, the whole loaf has the same texture. Loaves don't tend to be "tough" on one end. Double paddles definitely work better than the single paddle model I had. The bread tends to be a bit more "fluffy". My wife can even use it! :-)
I've only had it a couple of months, but if it holds up as well as the old one (West Bend), I'm a happy camper!

I've used the product the very same week I've got it. Used it for baking a basic white bread. I am using it regularly for all other breads with enclosed recipes.

It reminds me on times when I used to go to the bakery early in the morning, wait in line, and enjoy the fragrance of freshly baked bread. The same feelings are evoked after 50 years.

I think that this is the best product I've ever bought for kitchen use. Thanks a million.

The Zo is one of the best bread machines on the market. I use it several times a week for bread and dough and it is easy to use and the bread is wonderful. Easy to adapt any bread recipe for use in the machine. We have a small family (empty nesters) but the bread freezes well and the kids enjoy taking it home when they visit. Also makes great gifts for a fraction of the cost.

I moved from an area where one could buy good bread to an area where "Wonder Bread" is considered gourmet. I purchased the Zojirushi after much research. It is more pricey than most brands but the results from this machine are excellent. I would highly recommend it.
