I love that there's a hot water safety feature and I can also turn off the hot water when I'm not using it, or the cold to save power. I use it with the Zero water cooler to purify our city water and it's always cold! My 9 yr old son loves to make hot cocoa and my husband uses it for tea. My 5 yr old is allergic to fluoride so the Zero water cooler bottle is perfect for him, we just place it on top of the Haier water cooler and it provides pure ice cold water anytime. It heats up super fast and also get's cold in under a minute. We use the refrigerator compartment for juice boxes or fruits for the kids.
