Comments about Broil King PCR-2S Professional Double Cast Iron Range Stainless:
I use this range for small meals such as breakfast. It is well made. It is portable. It uses a reasonable amount of counter space. It is easy to clean. A 10" skillet and a 6" pan fit on it. This is an excellent choice for someone who needs to cook a meal in a limited space or who needs a range that can be easily moved or stored. I expect to be using this range for many years.

Not pleased with this unit. Thought it was supposed to be a professional unit. It is barely able to boil water, and takes a very long time to get that point.

Really nice solid item, for simple cooking. Loose knobs are a problem as they turn on accidentally very easily with no lock feature. You must pay attention that in cleaning up or working around the appliance, you don't whisk by it and accidentally turn it on.
