I had a small kitchen with common electric burners. I never fancied myself an avid cook. But I've got to tell you, since I got my Supentown induction cooktop, things have changed. It's started me on an unstoppable path towards making my kitchen be my favorite place. It heats quickly, evenly, accurately (did I say quickly?) and I just slip it into a drawer after I'm done with it because unlike anything else that cooks, it stays cool to the touch. There is only one drawback...My friends are suffering through demonstrations the way freinds suffer through home movies. At least they get something good to eat when I'm done...
