Works great, but its just a little loud.

Worked great, accurate temperature, about as fast as they say it is (45min-1Hr). Just way too noisy to keep in the dining room. If you have an appliance garage, I would hide it in there with the door shut. Otherwise a great idea. I use mine once a week. Glad I bought it.
