I have had this product for two weeks, and I could not be happier. The instructions say it takes hours to heat up - not at all!!!
I love tea and it allows me to have a cup of tea anytime and it gives me the different temperatures for the different kinds of tea.

This is the 2nd one of these I have bought - the first one lasted nearly ten years in nonstop use (still working, but showing some wear).

We use this hot water pot for warming baby bottles, tea, and for cleaning. We found that if our toddler son spilled something on our berber carpet and we immediately used a paper towel with water dispensed from this pot, there would be no stain. Also, it's great to clean up sticky spills in the refrigerator.
Because you can choose between 3 temperatures, it won't burn your tea leaves, so there's no bitter taste.
We like that it has a unlock feature and that pressing a button (versus a manual pump) releases the water.
