This one is even better than my last Cuisinart - which lasted 29 years - though it probably won't last nearly as long (just because things don't anymore).
It's strong and fast, not too heavy, not too big for smaller jobs, and big enough for much more than an 11 cup (as my old one was).
I've only had it for a few weeks; so far I've used it for things like pureeing soups (it holds a lot and didn't leak liquid at all, as the old one had done lately), making a crust for quiche, chopping nuts, making zucchini bread (cutting the zuc, chopping nuts, and mixing batter), and grating Parmesan.
