Bought the griddle based on reviews and I haven't been disappointed. It's well made and easy to clean. It just seems to take a bit long to get to desired temperature, but that's really not a problem.

I've used the griddle for french toast, grilled cheese sandwiches and the grill for chicken and bacon. The grease drains easily into the drip pan. Next on my list is grilling some salmon fillets. The most used item in my kitchen outside my Cuisinart coffee pot.

We even take this grill on vacation .some condos
dont have grills and this saves us alot of money
by not eating out every night.
