The Swissmar grill is great. You need to put oil, but not olive oil, on the granite after heating but prior to using as this helps in clean-up. I suggest purchasing a stainless steel scraper. It will help in clean-up. Friends and family will enjoy eating in this manner.

I ordered this after taking my wife to a restaurant where you cooked your own food on a stone. We wanted to share the experience with our kids (15 and 10) and it was worth it! In this day of fast paced world, the stone grill has made family meals exciting. The conversation, smiles and food makes for a very exciting family meal, which has been hard to do with a teenager. The only thing we had to learn was how to keep food from burning on the stone and found the need to liberally use oil. Overall, a great purchase!!!
