If you want to do table grill or Raclette (kind of a Swiss cheese which is sliced and melted), that device is a good choice. Works very well, easy to assemble, nothing to complain - maybe only one thing; that power cable is a bit to short... but an extension cord does the job ;-)

Prepare your meats and vegetables bite size
Boil small potatoes ahead of time and keep warm
Buy cheese that melts easy like raclette and cut
to fit in pans.
You can use dipping sauces, small pickles, etc
Heat grill 15 minutes before eating
Use small amount canola or peanut oil for the
grill
Each person get a potato and is responsible for
cooking their own food. It's slow and fun.
