This product arrived to my home with no way of closing the drain hole which is found on the bottom of the device. When I pour the water in it just comes right out of the hole. There was no cap or cork included at all. It makes no sense at all. I have not been able to correctly use it since I bought it. [...]

Inexpensive way to cool by 1 degree

This cooler will MAYBE drop the temperature by 1 degree... however the humidity gain is almost unbearable. It increased the humidity to almost 98%! Buy for a room where there is no A/C or where humidity doesn't matter. Don't try to use for everyday cooling unless you live in the desert.
