A powerful 900-watt motor and large feed tube centered directly over the blade assembly enables you to juice small whole apples, peeled oranges and handfuls of carrots with little prep and little waste. Peel, seeds and pulp are all reduced to tiny particles and g-forced against a micromesh filter at 14,000 RPMs to extract every last drop of juice. The dry pulp is then sent to a large pulp container that accommodates regular plastic grocery bags for efficient cleanup.

I use this product nearly everyday, let alone its a good way for fruit/ veggies on their way out to not be totally wasted.

It was a complicated decision, when purchasing the juicer, though from reviews it states that Jack Lalanne Juicer will have a dryer pulp, my thoughts are heresy, since the pulp of moist fruits are still wet when in the catcher. But I took the Breville for its build quality, and great reviews. I have not been disappointed with its performance, and the clean up is very simple, from start to finish, prep to wash, I would say a mere 15 min. of my time. in comparison to what I hear of the JL juicer.

Ikon is a solid juicer, and does not come with that Made in China feel.

As soon as we received it and assembled it we put it to use! I love that Kale to Pineapple to Carrots and Beets can be juiced. It is very smooth in operation, easy to clean especially if you use a bag inside the pulp catcher. It's quiet for a juicer and very solid and handsome. I am very pleased and recommend it to anyone wanting a well made juicer at a great price! Happy Juicing!

What a great buy, i am Juicing everything. I now go to the market and buy discounted fruits that are about to go bad, juice them, and I am set for the week.
Awesome for party drinks as well.
