I have yet to find anything this mixer cant handle. As a cooking enthusiast i try new things all the time and this mixer seems to be able to handle everything from little tasks like whipping cream to the hardest of tasks such as making bread dough or molasses gingerbread dough which killed my last mixer. I dont foresee myself needing another mixer for some time, especially with the warranty it has. Great Mixer!!! and well built.

This is the best mixer I have ever had. I love the timer feature and automatic shut off. The bowl is large and it is easy to add ingredients while mixing. It's powerful yet quiet and a pleasure to use; very stable on the counter while mixing.
