I like the head that locks in the up position, so that I can clean the beaters without having to hold up the head. It can handle a doubled recipe for bread with no problem. I also like the timer feature for bread that has to be kneaded for, say, 5 minutes. I can go busy myself doing something else and trust that the mixer will turn itself off.

I bake from 5 to 20 loaves of bread per week and the cuisinart 7 quart does a beautiful job. it is easy to load; has the automatic timer; cleans up really fast and easy. A true joy.

Would like to see more accessories.
Cuisinart is only selling white or gray mixers in Canada, the black ones look great but you have to buy them from an American reseller.
My wife loves it.
Modern look and electronic controls.
