A time-saver that makes the food cooked taste like you spent many hours in the kitchen! This is my first pressure cooker, and I originally got into the idea of having one for canning purposes, but have used it more to prepare entree dishes and meat. My husband says that the pork chops cooked in the pressure cooker are the best he has ever had, and he has had quite a few pork chops in his lifetime! I am planning on getting each of my daughters (ages 33 and 29) one of these for Christmas.
