Comments about Fagor Duo 10 Qt Pressure Cooker/Canner:

This pressure cooker is excellent. It saves me tons of time and energy. I used to have a big cast aluminum pressure cooker, and it was alright, but this one is simpler to operate, reaches pressure faster, and cooks food faster. Plus, I feel more comfortable cooking with stainless steel than with aluminum.

I use my pressure cooker almost everyday. The last one I had lasted 18years. I like the nice size of this one and it doesn't whisle while it cooks like my old one.

Comments about Fagor Duo 10 Qt Pressure Cooker/Canner:

I bought the largest sized Fagor Duo pressure cooker (10 qt) for home parties and for fixing quick dinners. This is my first pressure cooker.

WOW!!...What a time saver! Made a pot of Navy Bean Soup and added 3 potatoes cut into cubes.
Total completion time from start to finish....... .....about 30 minutes (8 minutes cooking time - Total time doesn't include the time needed to sort & soak the beans).

The recipe I used said to simmer for 2 and 1/2 HOURS! Saves a lot of energy too! (Maybe I can lower our electric bill??)

Very easy to use. Works well. I suppose the only difficulty is finding a good place to store such a large item.

Comments about Fagor Duo 10 Qt Pressure Cooker/Canner:

I used this to make a pot roast and vegetables, they turned out great. Such a short time to cook and the meat was so tender. The cooker itself is easy to use. I expected the cooker to be real heavy but it isn't. I would recommend this pressure cooker to anyone that wants a fast meal.
