Fagor makes it easy to prepare a meal with this 10-quart pressure cooker. Just put all your ingredients in the cooker, lock the lid, and begin cooking. It has a triple safety system with a safety locking handle to prevent accidental opening under pressure, a dual pressure control valve, and two independent over pressure release valves to avoid pressure build up. It also has a built in bonded aluminum diffuser base that allows for even heat distribution of heat for even cooking. The pot is even dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.

Can't find it for any less anywhere else. In fact, I got a larger capacity one here for $30 less than a smaller one right from the manufacturer. Good Job Abe!

The only problem is that when you cook rice water can come out from the cooker.

I often use this pressure cooker to steam a bowl of beans to make Chinese style dessert. Steaming allows me to preserve bean shape. The sweet dessert soup came out beautifully! I have Presto 8 QT pressure cooker but want to switch from aluminum to stainless steel for concerns that I have for Altzheimer's.
